We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States only. We do not ship outside these countries at this time.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging and condition with tags intact. Change-of-mind returns are posted at your cost to our returns address in London: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. From the US this is an international shipment, and you pay the international postage. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are returned free with a prepaid label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. We will confirm your return and send you a returns reference to include in the parcel. Send your return using a tracked service to: Elliot & Stone Returns, AP Media Lab LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. From the US this is international postage to the United Kingdom. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items we provide a prepaid return shipping label, so you pay nothing.

We process returns and refunds rather than direct exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You can then place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of your returned item. Allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Each product page includes sizing information in the product description. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look. Email support@elliotandstone.com if you would like sizing guidance for a specific piece.

Most styles run true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the product description.
