These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding 
contract between you and AP Media Lab LTD, a company 
registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent 
Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we," "us," "our"). 
We operate the website elliotandstone.com under the trading 
name "Elliot & Stone."

These Terms govern your use of the Elliot & Stone website 
and the purchase of any products through our online store. 
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to 
be bound by these Terms in full.

AP Media Lab LTD, trading as Elliot & Stone, is a UK-based 
retailer selling premium menswear and womenswear to customers 
in the United Kingdom and the United States. We do not 
currently ship outside these countries.

2. Eligibility By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Inventory Availability We strive to ensure our curated collections are consistently updated. We make every effort to display product colors, finishes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. Prices are subject to change based on seasonal updates. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a clear pricing error has occurred. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.

4a. Accepted Methods of Payment We accept secure payments through our primary checkout gateway. Fully accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay. All transaction data is encrypted securely at checkout, and your billing descriptor will appear transparently as "Elliot & Stone" on your financial statement. We do not charge additional credit card processing fees at checkout.

5. Orders & Contract Formation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in cases of suspected payment failure, technical issues, or inventory discrepancies. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

6. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows, we are not liable for unexpected transit delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

7. Returns & Refunds All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or US laws.

8. Intellectual Property All content on the Elliot & Stone website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product layouts, is the property of Elliot & Stone. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elliot & Stone shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

UK & International Customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

US Customers: These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws.
