1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and the United States. No minimum purchase value is required. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

2. Order Cutoff & Delivery Timeframes

To help you estimate when your package will arrive, please review our handling and transit windows below.

Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM GMT / 4:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Transit Time: 5 – 6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The specific carrier assigned to your order is automatically selected based on your destination and service availability at the time of dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier's official portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Customs & Import Duties

US Customers: Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive free of import duties under current US thresholds. In rare cases, customs may apply charges at their discretion, which are the responsibility of the customer. Any such charges are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and are outside our control. If you have a question about possible charges before placing an order, please email support@elliotandstone.com and we will do our best to advise.

UK Customers: Most orders ship inclusive of any applicable UK VAT and duties. In rare cases - particularly for higher-value orders or specific product categories - additional import VAT or customs charges may apply on delivery. Where this is the case, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment before release. Any such charges are determined by HM Revenue & Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are entirely correct before completing checkout. Elliot & Stone cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@elliotandstone.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status shows your order as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbours, or your local carrier depot.

  2. Contact the assigned carrier directly to open an official search inquiry.

  3. Notify us at support@elliotandstone.com with your order number, and our team will assist where possible.

8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives with visible packaging or shipping damage, please contact us at support@elliotandstone.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the damaged item, so we can arrange a swift resolution.

For hidden defects or material faults discovered after unboxing, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, which allows up to 30 days from delivery to submit a claim.
